Dr. Robert Berkompas is a board-certified internal medicine primary care physician. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Calvin College and then received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX.
He subsequently moved to Nashville for his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University. He served as Chief Medical Resident at the Nashville General Hospital before starting practice with the St. Thomas Medical Group in 1990. He enjoys practicing primary care general medicine with an emphasis on preventive healthcare and wellness.
