Mark T. Peters, M.D.
Dr. Mark Peters has been with St. Thomas Medical Group since 2001. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics in 1983 and his medical degree in 1987 at the Ohio State University in Columbus. He completed his internship in 1988 and residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1991 were received at the Ohio State University Hospital and Columbus Children’s Hospital.
He completed his Adult Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowships at Vanderbilt University in 1994. Finally, he performed his Pediatric Pulmonary fellowship at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in 1996.
He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine.
Of special interest to Dr. Peters is asthma and exercise associated respiratory conditions.
When he isn’t traveling abroad for medical missionary work, he enjoys running and spending time with his wife and their 6 children.

Enter the campus and proceed past the Emergency Room, Admitting and the Heart Institute Parking. Enter the garage on the right, which reads “Parking for Doctor’s Appointments.” This garage is located under the Medical Plaza Building. If you need special help, proceed to the blue level of the garage. Wheelchairs are available. Proceed to plaza elevators, go to the 2nd floor and follow signs to Suite 200 across from Premier Radiology. Additional parking is located in the Harding Garage with a cross walk on the 3rd level.
