Tyler Greathouse, D.O.
Dr. Tyler Greathouse joined St. Thomas Medical Group in 2025. He was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Biology at Furman University, where he was also a member of the cross-country and track teams. He then obtained a Master’s of Science in Medical Science from the University of South Florida, followed by his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in 2022, followed by fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2025.
Dr. Greathouse is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology, as well as board eligible in Critical Care Medicine. His primary areas of clinical interest include asthma, COPD, ARDS, sepsis, and interstitial lung disease.
In his free time, he enjoys running (he’s completed the Pittsburgh and Boston Marathons) and spending time with his family.
