Cecelia G. Fisher, M.D.
Dr. Fisher began her tenure with St. Thomas Medical Group in 1989. She received dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and University of Tennessee, Center for Health Sciences in Memphis in 1982. She attended medical school and earned her degree at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee in 1989. Dr. Fisher completed her residency in Pathology at Vanderbilt University in 1992 and in Internal Medicine at Baptist Hospital in 1995.
She is board certified in Internal Medicine with special interests in diabetes, hypertension and women’s health. Dr. Fisher is a certified DOT physician is accepting new appointments for DOT physicals and examinations.
In her leisure time, Dr. Fisher enjoys travel, camping and boating, cooking, reading, music, salsa dancing and her family.

Enter the campus from WEST END AVE and proceed past the Emergency Room, Admitting and the Heart Institute Parking. Enter the garage on the right, which reads “Parking for Doctor’s Appointments.” This garage is located under the Medical Plaza Building. If you need special help, proceed to the blue level of the garage. Wheelchairs are available. Proceed to plaza elevators, go to the 9th floor and follow signs to Suite 900. Additional parking is located in the Harding Garage with a cross walk on the 3rd level.
