Deborah D. Beyer, M.D.

Deborah Beyer is a native of Los Angeles, California where she graduated with honors from Pepperdine University earning dual degrees with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Psychology. She moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University where she received her M.D. degree and completed her 4-year residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She started her medical career with St. Thomas Hospital in 1995 and continues to practice medicine full time with St. Thomas Medical Group.

Dr. Beyer enjoys working with both children and adults and her specialty training has enabled her to serve patients age zero to 105 over the past 20 years. She enjoys working with families and emphasizing wellness and preventive care in her practice. She also provides full well woman care and particularly likes addressing medical issues related to female patients.

Dr. Beyer is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha and is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is a member of the St. Thomas Hospital medical staff, and is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University.

She considers her greatest accomplishments in life to be her marriage to her husband Eric and raising her two children, Meredith and Ian. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, and exercising. She volunteers with her local church and serves on the board of Tennessee Women in Medicine.

Dr. Beyer continues to accept new patients of all ages.

Enter the campus from the West End Ave entrance and turn right just past the Emergency Room.  Within this parking lot are 6 designated parking spots for the Children and Adult clinic as well as general parking availability.  Our clinic is directly inside Door B.

If this lot is full, parking is also available under the Medical Plaza building. To enter, follow signs for “Parking for Doctor’s Appointments”.  Wheelchairs are available on the blue level of this garage.  Take the plaza elevators to the 2nd floor and follow signs for Suite 222.
